Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (Department of Energy, USA) and Ergo Exergy agree on collaboration and research on underground gasification technology

Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) and Ergo Exergy are to co-operate in conducting research on underground coal gasification technology - specifically in the areas of process simulation and carbon sequestration - with an emphasis on evaluating the environmental performance of a large scale UCG operation.
